Tampa, Florida Nurse Practitioner Opportunity
Key Responsibilities:
- Split time between our office and a Skilled Nursing Facility, providing a refreshing change of pace throughout the week.
- Monday to Friday schedule with no on-call duties.
- Manage an average patient volume of 12-15 per day in the office.
- Collaborate with 1-2 other providers in the clinic, supported by Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).
- Provide comprehensive care for adults, focusing on wellness and chronic disease management.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with Medicare Advantage patients is a plus
- Ability to manage adult patients and provide wellness and chronic care disease management.
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
