Non-profit community hospital in Northwestern Ohio is seeking an experienced, compassionate Nurse Practitioner for a full-time Palliative Care/Hospice opportunity.

Job Description:

  • 100% inpatient, round on inpatient hospice patients M-F
  • 6 patients/day, 5 day workweek, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, rotating on-call
  • Hospitalists handle admissions
  • Open ICU
  • Practice autonomously and provide symptom management of really sick patients
  • Symptom management, chronic disease management, goals of care, advanced care planning

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary plus w/RVU -- competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview).
  • 200 hours of vacation/CME, 6 days paid holidays, birthday pay, sick leave accrual up to 600 hours
