Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all clinical operations within the organization
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
- Provide leadership and guidance to clinical staff, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with other supervisors/providers to coordinate patient care and ensure efficient operations
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes and quality of care
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of medical records
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in healthcare technology and treatment modalities
- Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for the clinic

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Current licensure as a mid-level provider (PA/NP) with a history of clinical leadership role, preferably in primary care or previous hormone replacement (TRT/HRT) setting
- Strong knowledge of medical records management
- Familiarity with ICD-10 coding systems and other relevant healthcare standards
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including patients, staff, and external partners
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail is a must
- Experience with TRT/HRT but not mandatory
