DETAILS OF OPEN NEEDS:
Eagan, MN and Maple Grove, MN
Need: NP/PA; Locums and will consider a Locums-to-perm also
When: 1/15 - 3/30 7a-4p Mon/Tues @ Maple Grove and Thurs/Fri @ Eagan
Site Details: NP or PA Need 12 week contract,
Patient age range: 2yrs and up.
Clinic setting: in person/virtual from site, Primary Care with in-person visits and ability to do video/telephone visits.
Amount of patients generally seen: 10/day on average. Visit lengths are 45min for physicals/pre-op/new patients, 30min follow up visits/procedures and 15min telephone/in-person visits for medication refills or acute issues.
Closed weekends and nights, no call coverage required.
On-site staffing model: 1 MA/provider, 1 MA at the front desk and on-site RN manager.
We have a full lab with several point of care testing options as well as lab draws that are sent to Quest for processing.
We have on-site prescription dispensing through MDScripts.
We do require at least 2yrs of Primary Care and Chronic Disease Management experience.
We use Epic as our EMR, experience is preferred but not required
MN license and DEA req'd
