Physician Assistant for DOT Medical Evaluations / Roswell, NM
Locums, Inc. is seeking a New Mexico Physician Assistant for DOT examinations for the Roswell, NM Fire Department’s annual Physical and Wellness initiative on Tuesday, December 19th, 2023. The examinations themselves will be administered by mobile examination technicians and the provider will be needed to review each examination’s results and judge the patient’s fitness for duty. Providers must be DOT Certified. Malpractice covered by Locums, Inc.
About the Opportunity:
- 1 day only on 12/19/23
- Guaranteed 8 hr shift
- Hours are approx. 8am-5pm
- Technicians will perform Height, Weight, BMI, Eye Exam, Hearing Exam and EKG
- Paid Malpractice & Hourly compensation under 1099 contract
- Mileage to and from Roswell will be provided
- Hotel coverage for one night provided for providers located over 2 hours from Roswell
Position Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted New Mexico Physician Assistant License
- DOT Certification (Mandatory)
