Practice details include:

  • Single Specialty Group Employee, Outpatient only
  • M-F, no weekends
  • Annual Salary
  • full spectrum of services including cardiovascular health services, behavioral health, allergy testing and immunotherapy, in-house lab testing, imaging, chronic disease management and other specialty health services
