Solo Clinic Setting
- Dates: 4/1/2021 – 4/30/2021
- Outpatient concierge clinic
- Hours: 8a-4:30p (2 days a week)
- Patient Volume: 1
- Adult 40%, Geriatrics 50% and Peds 10%
- Primary Care setting
- Complete support staff
- Paper Charting
- Nightly phone call screened by MA (0-1 per night, maybe)

Patient Services
Diabetes, colds/flu, sick visits, HBP, asthma/sinus, immunizations, respiratory infections, physicals, derm, ekg, weight management, adhd, drug screens, et al.
