Occ Health PA/NP--Immediate Locums Need in the Tampa area

We have an immediate need for experienced APPs in the Tampa, FL area, who are looking to step out of the traditional practice setting and promote employee health, wellness and safety. This is an exciting locums/1099 opportunity to partner with a national occupational health practice, providing patient care in employer based clinics. Responsibilities include physicals/clearance exams, injury assessment and minor procedures, for both work-related, and non-work related injuries/conditions (urgent or episodic) management of workers comp cases. Education around chronic disease management and injury prevention is an important aspect of this role. Providers should have outstanding communication skills and be comfortable practicing autonomously with minimal supervision. An interest/willingness to perform administrative/managerial duties as needed is also desired.
