Locum Tenens Critical Care Intensivist Opportunity - Mount Vernon, NY

VeloSource has a Critical Care Intensivist opportunity open to Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in Mount Vernon, New York. New York City is only 15 minutes away.

- Acute Care Hospitals

- Credentials Accepted: NP, PA

- Active NY License & DEA are required

- Procedures: Documentation of critical care procedure competency

- Available Shifts: 7a-7p & 7p-7a (Weekends)

- # Of Shifts: 5-10 shifts/month

- LOCAL Candidates only

- Critical Care APP should have procedural competence with support of virtual Intensivists

- Candidate should be experienced in the ICU and have previous experience managing patients autonomously

- Virtual Intensivists will be available 24/7, but the Critical Care APP will be in house and is expected to manage patients in collaboration with the Virtual Intensivist

- Appropriate candidate should have appropriate certification based on APP training
