General Orthopedic Surgeon seeks to add a full-time experienced Orthopedic Physician Assistant. The position is focused on treating patients with general orthopedic cases including hip and knee related injuries and general orthopedics. The newly-hired Physician Assistant will run their own orthopedic clinic (new and follow-up patients). This position is focused on the clinic with the OR being up to one day. The position is Monday through Friday (8:00 am to 5:00 pm) with light call.

This is a great four-season area that is within thirty minutes plus to Raleigh, North Carolina.

Compensation: Salary depends on experience. Additionally, there is a full benefits package provided.

Responsibilities include: patient evaluations, injections, removing casts and pins, first assist, reductions, consultation, rounds and patient evaluation and education, writing prescriptions and reviewing lab results in a clinic setting. This position requires direct orthopedic experience.
