We are hiring an experienced cardiothoracic physician assistant / nurse practitioner in New Mexico!

Full Time or Part Time locum contract, or part time covering on call and some shifts! Paid Mal Practice, Flights, Housing, Rental Car, Mileage and MUCH MORE!

This is a full continuum care role with Operating Room responsibilities, inpatient/icu, pre and post op/clinic. In addition. On call will be required.


Schedule Days Clinic /Hospital M, W, F at hospital; T, TH clinic, weekend call.
Number of patients seen per day in clinic 1-5
Call Night /Weekend - Call starts at 7:00 a.m. 24 hours of call
What is the Number of phone Consults 4-10 per day
What are the days for Call Rotating every other day; 15 days per month
What Time does the Call start 7:00 a.m. 24 hour call, APP's take first call for ICU patients

Age of patients - adult

Inpatient /Outpatient - Inpatient and Out Patient
Rounding Yes
Average Number of Admissions per shift - 1
Type of Charting /EMR - Meditech in hospital
How Long Does Credentialing Take - 60 days (average-less for locums)
